He is survived by: his wife Paula; his son Joe Bair (Joseph Blair); his daughter-in-law Leaja of Amarillo; his granddaughter Mariah Neese Ashcraft (Trustin) of Clovis; his great grandchild Hadley; his grandchildren, Riley Blair, Caden Joseph Neese and Brady Ryan Neese; his brother Dale Neese (Margaret) of Albuquerque; his nieces and nephews, Frank Martinez (Pat), Yolanda Martinez, Pauline Martinez, Marty Martinez (Olivia) and Dana Perry (Mark); and also Kyle Livingston Neese of Amarillo.
