He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Nicole Marquart and Pete Anthony Martinez Jr. Christopher (Tucumcari); his sons, Christopher Martinez Jr. and Eli Martinez; his stepparents, Rudy Urioste and Nicole Martinez; his siblings, Nano Martinez (Penny), Henry Martinez, Johnathon Martinez, Vivian Martinez, Lori Ortiz (Dominic), Juliana Sanchez, Marisela Cordova, Kasara Urioste, Jacelyn of Tucumcari, Antonio Apodaca, Devyn Cordova (David), Lincoln Urioste of Albuerque, Michael Gonzales of Las Cruces, Josh Urioste and Angelica Urisote of Amarillo, TX.; and his grandparents, Loretta Martinez and Leroy Bogart of Tucumcari. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
