She is survived by: her children, Heather Adams (James) of Beech Grove, IN and Mike Mazak, III of Carmel, IN; and her brother Frankie Ricketts (Regina) of Dana, IN.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
