He was predeceased by: his son Samuel W. "Chip" Miller; and his parents, Samuel W. Miller III and Vesta R. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Busse Miller; his daughters, Stacy Eskew and Charis Baxter (Russell); his grandchildren, Branden Eskew and Angelica Webb; his great grandchildren, Branden, Samuel and Candance; and his sister Deirdre Schbeck.
