It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Tapia (Truth Or Consequences, New Mexico), born in Belen, New Mexico, who passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Aragon and Frances Aragon (Chavez); and her grandparents, Manuel and Timotea. She is survived by: her husband Frank Tapia; her daughter Paula Rose LeJeune (Chase); and her brothers, Johnny Aragon (Julie) and Peter Aragon. She is also survived by several aunts, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
