She is survived by: her husband Elbert Emery Owen; her daughter Kimberly Cochran (Chad); her stepchildren, Rustin Owen (Crystal) and Tiffany Dekruif (Bruce); her grandchildren, Robert Prater (Carley), Emily Owen, Aspen Owen, Ratana Owen, Justin Jhonson and JD Jhonson; and her great grandchildren, Collin Prater and Wade Prater. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
