He is survived by: his wife Frieda Mullins of Nurmberg; his children, Rick Mullins (Priscilla), Andre Mullins (Rich Fontenot) of Crowley, LA and Debbie Adams (Rowdy) of Sterling, VA.; his grandchildren, Eddie, Tara, Miguel, Joe and Kristie; and also Germany.
