He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Luna and Rafaelita Trujillo; and his siblings, Flavio Luna, Simona Fletcher, Carolina Standley, Amado Luna, Flor Luna, Santos Luna, Herminia Luna and Jennie Lucero.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie M. Luna; his children, Donnie Luna, Ernie Luna (Susie) and Yolanda Sanchez (Joe); his grandchildren, Dustin Luna, Kelsy Luna (Chris), McKenzie Luna (Cliff), Tyler Luna, Daniel Luna, Gregory Luna, Kacyne Sanchez, Braden Sanchez (Sophia) and Cheyann Bartram; and his great grandchildren, Rhydin Luna, Brecklie Mahaffey, Ember Mahaffey and Henry Pirtle. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (515 N Date St, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901). A prayer was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
