She is survived by: her children, Dana Villines (Steve), DaRonda Garrett (Kerry), Deonna Loudenback (Jay), Jerry Fox and Brian Fox; her grandchildren, Brenda Arnett (Kyle), Steven Morrell (Erin), Charity Connealy (Joe), Amber Loudenback, Kiane Loudenback, Ryan Fox, Amber Fox, Nichole Fox, Michael Fox, Kegan Garrett (Amanda) and Bryan Garrett (Sarah); and her brother Michael Cook. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
