He is survived by: his wife Tina Gabaldon Moya; his child Coretta Vining; and his siblings, Andreas, Enrique Rascon, Pat Moya, Betty DuMont and Lorraine Montoya. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
