He was predeceased by: his mother Anita Sanchez; his grandmother Manuelita Sanchez; his aunt Flora Sanchez; his daughter Amber Bunny; and his great grandchild Zackariah.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Bernice Sanchez; his children, Melissa Lucero (Daniel) and Martin Sanchez Jr. (Christian); his grandchildren, Keshia (Ricky), Dakotah (McKayla), Josiah, Martin III (Alex), Isaiah (Brianna), Laricsa, Jaden, Janeice, Aiden, Martin IV, Korbin, Jeremiah, Aria and Isaiah Jr.; and his mother-in-law Nancy Garcia. He is also survived by many relatives and numerous friends.
