She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Romero; her daughter Theresa Romero (Char); her parents, Juan Orona and Modesta Orona (Tita); her brothers, Willie Orona, Valentine Orona and Oswald Orona; her grandchildren, Jesse Romero, Michael Sanchez and Tammy Gallegos; and her brothers-in-law, Leslie Sanchez and Johnny Shaw.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Baldonado (Ben), Mary Lou Sanchez, Veronica Gallegos (Ramon), Martha Shaw, Sharon Romero and Kenny Romero (Judy); and her sisters, Patricia Montes (Ralph) and Dorothy Godley (John). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
