We bid farewell to Emilia Baca of Tome, New Mexico, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 15, 2025 at the age of 99. Emilia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Odelio Baca of Tome; her parents, Estevan Lopez and Aurelia Lopez; and her siblings, Benito, Amalia, Lugarda, Lucia, Manuel, Espiridion, Filimon, Eluterio, Onesima and Eduardo.
She is survived by: her brother Estanislado; her daughters, Victoria Baca and Bernadette Pumper (Charlie); and her granddaughter Vanessa Callahan. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (7 Church Loop, Tome, NM 87060). A rosary will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).
