With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolina Sanchez Romero of Tome, New Mexico, who passed away on August 30, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomas Griego-Sanchez and Senaida Griego-Sanchez of Tomé, NM.. She is survived by: her husband Higinio Romero; her children, Ruben (Terri) and Mary Louise Garcia (William); her grandchildren, Christian, Corey, Matthew, Collin, Gerad (Serena) and Alexis (Nikolas); her great grandchildren, Parker and Melina; her sister Corine Gabaldon; and her nieces, Kathryn and Rosemary Gabaldon.
In place of flowers, the Romero family kindly requests a donation to the Pancreatic Cancer Society (pancan.org).
