He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lauralea; his parents, Joel McCrea and Frances Dee; his brothers, Joel Dee "Jody" McCrea and Peter McCrea; his former wife Jan Johnson; and his children, Wyatt, Clay and Jeni Flowers of Roswell. He was also cherished by eight children, eight children in law, eighteen grandchildren, seven grandchildren in law, and/or ten great grandchildren.
