He is survived by: his wife Bette Gentry (Blair); his daughters, Sarah Catherine Johnson (Jerry) of Texico, NM and Jennifer Robin Stephens (John) of Clovis, NM; his grandchildren, Joshua Johnson (Josh) of Texico, NM, Sarah Johnson Gomez of Seminole, TX, Taylor Stephens and Jaden Stephens of Lubbock, TX; and his friends, Andy Brooks, Henry Clay (Coley), Roger Bannister, Jay Brandenburg and Alan Hamilton. He is also survived by several friends and cousins.
