She is survived by: her husband Max Carter; her children, Teresa Cluzel (Clinton) of Tacoma, WA and Andrea Carter Pierce (Richie) of Beaumont, TX; her sister Donna Mott; her grandchildren, Kaci Mower, Summer Carter and Dexter Pierce; and her great grandchild Carson Mower. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
