He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ernest Pemberton and Fannie Angeline Newbie Pemberton; and his sisters, Lola Mae, Ruby Willette, Ernestine Boyer, Louestes Willis and Willie Marie Pemberton.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pemberton; and his children, Jack Pemberton (Elizabeth) of Alliance, Bruce Pemberton (Janna) of Farwell and Shashawn Hagler (Roy) of Texico. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
