He was predeceased by: his father Anastacio Griego Jr. (Cecilia) of Tesuque; his grandparents, Anastacio Sr., Maria Griego, Canuto and Mary Lobato; and his parents-in-law, Arturo and Josefina Ortega.
He is survived by: his brother Richard; his wife Emily Ortega Griego; his mother Cecilia Griego; his children, Lisa (Mark), Stephanie and Manuel; his grandchildren, Faith, Charmaine, Adrianna and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Azirah and Selena; his siblings, Waldo, Maria (Gerald) and Ramona (James); and his sisters-in-law, Rose Ortega and Patricia Chavez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
