He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Laughlin and Minnie Mae Laughlin; his sister Sue; his brother-in-law Browning; his niece Vicki Newell; and his siblings-in-law, Bernabe, Anita Chavez and David Ernesto Chavez.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Chavez Laughlin; his children, Lisa Laughlin (Roye Fulton) and Michael Laughlin (Renee); his grandchildren, Olivia Fulton, Maria Fulton, Keshia Hodge (Justin) and Kail Laughlin; and his great grandchildren, Ary and Jaxson Hodge.
