He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Phalen Lewis; his sister Joanne Lewis Lund; his daughters, Paula Devitt (Neal) and Ruth Coura (Luiz); his daughter-in-law Heide Lewis; his sons, Mark Lewis (Fonda) and Daniel Lewis (Ana); his grandchildren, Sheila Devitt, Gabriel Devitt, Jessica Devitt Devitt Busquet (Nicolas), Nicholas Devitt (Hannah), Paulo Coura (Katia), David Coura Coura (Linya), Timoteo Coura (Renata), Juliana Laraburu (Marcelo), Jaqueline Siqueira (Fernando), Aaron Lewis (Sarah), RaCayle Harrison (Grant) and Caitlyn Eppes; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Coura, Laura Coura, Ana Clara Coura, Ana Luisa Coura, Mateus Coura, Ruth Lewis, Hosea Lewis, Rebecca Lewis, Elijah Lewis, Beckett Harrison, Griffin Harrison, Elisa Laraburu and Thomas Laraburu.
