It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ruth Garcia (Taos, New Mexico), who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Vivian and Celina Barela; her husband Edward L. Garcia; and her brothers, Harry, Adolfo, Leo, Pedro and Virgilio.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Vargas and Jerome Garcia; her children-in-law, Feliciano Vargas (Theresa) and Vanessa Garcia (Jerome); her granddaughters, Anna Marquez (Beto) and Victoria Espinoza (Dominic); her great grandchildren, Julian and Dominic; and her grandchildren, Feliciano, Danielle, Jasmine and Anthony. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
