He is survived by: his wife Yelba Luz Ocampo; his children, Luz Marina Hairgrove (Tom) of Killeen, TX, Erlinda Vanessa Johnson (Kendal) of Albuquerque and Jose R. Ocampo (Monica) of Santa Fe; his grandchildren, Gavin, Erika, Miranda, Jose Gabriel, Bethany, Gabriela, Liliana and Dominic; and his great grandchildren, Julian Jose and Kaysen Clyde.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Santa Fe Memorial Gardens (417 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505). A prayer was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Historic San Isidro Catholic Church (3694 Agua Fria St, Santa Fe, NM 87507). A Mass was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
