He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablita Moya and Avelino Moya; and his siblings, Cecilia Talache, Wilbert Moya, Flora Rocha, Frances Vigil and Paul Sundown Moya.
He is survived by: his brother Avelino Pete Moya Jr.; his sons, Harold Moya Jr. and Mark Moya; his great grandchildren, Kiara Zaleski, Bianca Zaleski, Davina Moya, Gianna Zaleski, Aurora Moya, Tekoda Moya, Penelope Smith-Quintana and Adrianna Watt; and his great great grandchild Avelino Zaleski. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
