With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gabriel Edmundo Martinez (Taos, New Mexico), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tom Martinez, Edmundo, Aurora Vigil and Tía Carla; his uncles, Joey and David; and his cousin Angelica.
He is survived by: his parents, Lourdes Vigil-Martinez and Tomas Martinez (Nat); his children, Estevan, Anjelia and Deseree; the mothers of children, Deseree, Anjelia and Estevan; his grandmother Eva Martinez; his siblings, Zacarias, Tanya (Ted) and Jesus (Vanessa); his stepsiblings, Menard, Antonio and Carlos (Juls); and his nieces and nephews, Theo, Tessa and Gabe.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (205 Don Fernando St, Taos, NM 87571). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
