He is survived by: his father Keith Rush; his wife Elaine Garcia Rush; his children, Stacy Rush Trujillo (Bryan Trujillo) and Chad Rush (Sky Hawk); his grandchildren, William Rush, Leona Rush and Jackson Rush; and his sister Casey Rush Johnson (Russell Johnson). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
