He was predeceased by: his wife Ermalinda Pacheco; his siblings, Ernestine Cordova and Jose Pacheco; and his children, Barbara Martinez, Rita Bustos, Laurie Pacheco and Albert Pacheco.
He is survived by: his children, Clarence (Katie Pacheco), Danny (Lisa Pacheco), Arlene (Clyde Ferguson) and Anna (Fab Sandoval); and also, Helen Johnson, Edonila, Adonio, Lilian Pacheco, Roger, Virginia Dominguez, Regina Pacheco, Adolfo, Sarita, Frank and Elaine Pacheco.
