He is survived by: his wife Mandy Matthews; his children, Matthew Champlin (Lisa Ann), Jamie Matthews, Krissy Matthews and Mollie Matthews; his sisters, Karen Hill and Candy Matthews; his grandchildren, Neesa Anaya, Amari Anaya, Daelyn Drew Champlin, Matthew Kaes Champlin and Grace Ava Champlin; and his great grandchildren, Azarius and Azra. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
