He was predeceased by: his parents, Vidal Sr. Moya and Carmen Moya. He is survived by: his wife Annette; his sons, Stanley, Randy, Tony and Manuel; and his brothers, Clifford (Jeri), Roger (Connie) and Arnie (Sue). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
