She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregorio Chavez and Senaida Chavez; her husband Maximiliano Aragon II; and her siblings, Ulban Chavez, Clifford Chavez, Juanita Perea, Ignacia Maestas and Rachel Vallejos.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ulibarri, Alfredo Chavez, Orlando Chavez and Audrelia Chavez; her children, Senaida LeBlanc, Lucaria Chavez, Audrelia Crawford, Maximiliano Aragon III, Gregorio Aragon and Ulban Aragon; and her grandchildren, Amanda Gutierrez-Dotson, Genevieve Snyder, Paige Hedges, Vanessa Lowrimore, Curtis Chavez, Richard Pino, Marie Pino, Andrew Pino, Cynthia Aragon, Helen Mayme Aragon, Caleb Crawford, Gabriella Aragon, Jordan Aragon, Ophelia Aragon, Claudia Aragon and Maximiliano Aragon. She is also survived by her 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Legion of Mary, an organization Mayme felt strongly about.
