He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, JoAnn Royce (George), Horacio Pargas Jr. (Delores), Stanley Pargas (Carol), Becky Fairbanks and Mickie Roybal (David); his grandchildren, Melissa, Vincent, Stephanie, Kimberly, Alicia, Mario, Robert, Christine, Christopher, Tim, Jonathon, Savannah, LeAnn and David; and his brothers, Teofillo Pargas and Benny Pargas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
