He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Padilla Sr. (Isabell) and Carmen Gallegos; his siblings, Samuel Padilla Jr. and Michelle Paz (Adam); his children, Anthony Jr. "Tony" and Shanley Collins (Bobby); his grandchildren, Rylan and Kyler Collins; and his nieces and nephews, Samuel Padilla III (Stephanie), Adam Paz Jr. (Kiara), Marina Paz (Jacob), Gabrielle and Camren Paz. He is also survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, great nephews, nieces and friends.
