Anne Lee Montoya Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Lee Montoya of Socorro, New Mexico, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eufracio Padilla and Apolonia Padilla (Gonzales); and her siblings, Antonio Padilla, Nicanora Padilla, Lucia Chavez, Estella Munoz, Joaquina C. Trujillo and Cecilia Woodward.
She is survived by: her husband Heraclio "Laco" Montoya, Jr.; her son John A. Montoya (Diana) of San Antonio, NM; her granddaughter Melinda Montoya; her great grandchild Kayla Vanlandingham of Cortez, CO; her grandchildren, Eva Montoya of Albuquerque, NM and Michael Montoya of Albuquerque, NM.; her siblings, Delfina Reyes, Rosina Armijo, Tiburcio Padilla (Emma), Donald Padilla (Jennie), Jose Padilla (Renate), Eufracio Edward Padilla (Gloria) and Clarence Padilla; her uncle Juan; and her brother-in-law Joaquin.
The service will be broadcast on 88. 1 FM for those who are not able to attend the service due to COVID-19 restrictions.
In Lieu of flowers, family has asked that donations be made in Anne's honor to either Good Samaritan Nursing Home, 1203 Highway 60, Socorro, NM 87801; or San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real, Socorro, NM 87801.
