He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sons, Carlos (Francine), Tony Jr. (Jeanette), Joe IV (Beth Anne) and Francisco (Jennifer); his granddaughter Gabriella; and his siblings, Louie Medran (Cruz) and Anita Morones (Arturo). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
