He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Sedillos and Angel Castillo; and his siblings, Pascual, Richard, Angel Castillo, Carmen Castillo-Strosser and Mary Castillo.
He is survived by: his children, Alyssa Licht (Don), Thomas Castillo (Dillon), Selina Castillo (Andrew) and Vincent Castillo (Monica); his grandchildren, Azriel, Andrew, Richard, Nathaniel, Henley, Don, Dionisio, Bjorn, Bo and Kaylei; the mother of his children Pauline Vasquez; and his siblings, Carlos Castillo, Mike Castillo (Bertha), Ruben Castillo, Isabel Quinones (Luis), Fernando Castillo and Florence Hall (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
