It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Patricia Vega of Silver City, New Mexico, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Ramos and Bertha Ramos of Silver City. She is survived by: her significant other Tony Morones; her children, Sonja Vega (Orlando Vigil) of Cliff, NM, Anthony Vega (Maria Pacheco) of Albuquerque, NM and Joseph Morones of Silver City, NM.; her grandchildren, Angelica Campa, Andres Vega, Bianca Vigil, Orlando Vigil IV, Bruce Vigil, Matthew Vigil, Justin Vigil, Analicia Vega, Sophia Vega, Veronica Morones and Carlos Morones; and her sisters, Rachel Terrazas and Sylvia McLaughlin.
