He was predeceased by: his parents, Natalia Palacios and Luis Palacios of Silver City, NM.; and his sister Debra Palacios. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Rivas; his children, James R. Palacios (Yvette) of Sahuarita, AZ, Jose Luis Palacios (Alicia) of Silver City, NM and Clarissa Ann Palacios; his siblings, Paul Palacios, Yvonne Palacios, Berna Palacios, Sylvia Palacios, Dolores "Dodie" Palacios and Patsy Mays (James); his grandchildren, Jay, Kayla, Kieri, Victoria, Julian, J'Lynn, Javier, J'Cee, Gino and Sir; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian and Jaylah.
