He was predeceased by: his brother Danny Marquez; and his grandparents, Everardo, Lupe Marquez, Antonio and Catarina "Katy" Jaramillo.
He is survived by: his parents, Ramon Marquez and Polly Marquez; his wife Rachel; his children, Gabriel, Paige and Jessie; his granddaughter Gabryelle; his sister Judy Cruz (Romeo); his nieces and nephews, Jaelynn and Jace; his siblings, Pat Marquez (Evelyn) and Fred Marquez; his nephew Michael Marquez; his niece Angie Marquez; his parents-in-law, Benito and Julia Villalobos; and his brothers-in-law, Ben Villalobos and Bobby Villalobos (Sasha). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A rosary was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baca's Funeral Chapel- Silver City (3805 Delk Dr, Silver City, NM 88061). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Memory Lane Cemetery (2000 Memory Ln, Silver City, NM 88061).
