He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Espinoza and Jenny Rodriguez Espinoza; and his siblings, Danny, Albert Espinoza and Irene Espinoza.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Madrid; his children, Nick Espinoza (Nancy) of Riverside, CA, Kristina Elmblad (Christopher) of Dallas, TX and Cindy Predock (Jason) of Marin, CA; and his brothers, Joe Espinoza (Geri) of Placentia, CA, Angel Espinoza of Albuquerque, Robert Espinoza (Mona) of Silver City and Tony Espinoza. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
