He was predeceased by: his parents, Estevan Sierra and Nesaria Sierra (Munoz); his son Simon Gregg Milligan Sierra; and his siblings, David Sierra and Esperanza Turrieta.
He is survived by: his wife Shelley K. Sierra (Milligan); his son Sean Patrick Milligan Sierra of Silver City, NM; his brother Manuel Sierra of San Antonio, TX; and his grandchildren, Katherine, Charlotte, Rose, Anaiysse, Simon and Laryssa.
