He is survived by: his children, Kim English (Franklin), Troy Millard (Nicole) and Kindra Millard (David); his granddaughters, Destiny Stockwell (Noah), Hope Millard, Jordan Millard, Cheyenne Wise and Peyton Prouty; and his brothers, Tom Millard (Becky) and Terry Millard (Letha). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
