He was predeceased by: his parents, Brijido Provencio (B. L.) and Lasara Provencio; his brother Arturo Arias; his brothers-in-law, Alvino Arzaga and Joseph Rodriguez; and his nephew Jason Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Toni Provencio; his children, A. B. Provencio Jr., Pauline Rodriguez and Amanda Martinez (Ben); his grandchildren, Brandi Alcorta, Eric Holguin (Gordo), Austin Alcorta (Breanna Melendrez), Alexandra Provencio, Ashley Provencio, Joe Ray Diaz, A. J. Parra, Reagan Hernandez (Bianca Castillo) and Jadelynn Rodriguez; his great grandchild Alina Marie Provencio; his sisters, Mary Arzaga, Margie Dominguez, Sally Provencio, Lorraine Estrada (Chris) and Lilly Rodriguez (Joe Long); and his pet Chapo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, several godchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Baca's Funeral Chapel- Silver City (3805 Delk Dr, Silver City, NM 88061). A rosary was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Newman Center, Silver City Email (914 W 13th St, Silver City, NM 88061). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery.
