He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Ulibarri and Viola Ulibarri (Martinez); his brothers, Tim Ulibarri, Jerry Ulibarri and Anthony Martinez; his grandparents, Isauro, Valeria Martinez, Manuel and Veneranda Ulibarri; and his nephew Leroy Ulibarri, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Ulibarri (Nate) of Albuquerque, Bernice Tenorio (Kenny) of Santa Rosa, Michael Lee Saiz (Ryan) of Rio Rancho, Richard "Chimmy" Saiz of Santa Rosa and Dustin Minton of Edgewood; his siblings, Matthew Ulibarri (Emily) of Santa Rosa, Peter Ulibarri (Eileen) of Rio Rancho, Leroy Ulibarri of Albuquerque, Shirley Sena (Faustin) of Edgewood, Violet Abeyta (Herman) of Santa Rosa, Eileen Porras (Arturo) of El Paso, TX, JoAnne Gutierrez (Gene) of San Diego, CA, Corrine Chavez (Erminio) of Santa Rosa, Sylvia Gutierrez (Jerry) of Albuquerque, Yolanda Acosta (Diego) of Amarillo, TX, Margaret Rodriguez (Alfonso) of Clovis and Angela Martinez (Ted) of Clovis; his granddaughter Miranda Tenorio of Santa Rosa; his great grandchildren, Alanyie Lopez of Santa Rosa and Jocelynn Tenorio of Santa Rosa; and also Frances Ulibarri. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, family and friends.
