He was predeceased by: his niece Denise; his brother-in-law Jaelynn; his aunt Chris Rodarte; and his grandmother Veronica Gutierrez. He is survived by: his parents, Patrick R. Chavez and Diane M. Chavez; his wife Nadine; his children, Amillia and Howard Chavez; his sister Victoria; and his grandparents, Tony Gutierrez and Clara Chavez. He is also survived by his in-laws, nephews and nieces and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
