With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Chris Gomez of Santa Rosa, New Mexico, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Gomez and Rosa Gomez (Garcia); his wife Maida Anaya; and his brothers, Wilfred Gomez, Richard Gomez, Al Gomez and Fred Gomez.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Stark (Craig) of Portales, NM and Phillip Gomez (Shari) of Norfolk, VA; his grandchildren, Jared Cook and Stacy Ciancio; his great grandchildren, Allison and Alexzander Ciancio; and his siblings, Gilbert Gomez (Faby), Georgia Gomez, Deborah Lopez (George) and Danny Gomez (Cindy). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends.
The military honors was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (439 S 3rd St, Santa Rosa, NM 88435).
