He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Fermin Garcia and Necolasita Garcia (Cordova); and his siblings, Jimmy, Steve, Ralph, Fermin, Antonio (Tony), Alfred Garcia, Ramona Peachy, Louisa Ramirez, Rita Crespin and Lucy Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Marshall, Miche Garcia, Luana, Jerry Montoya, Patrick and Jacqueline Garcia; his brother Joe (Roberta Garcia); his grandchildren, Marshall Jr. Garcia, René Gallardo, Dominic, Ashlee Garcia, Johnette, Aaron Sanchez, Jerald Montoya, Alexander Garcia, Rachel, Jake Mills and Joseph Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Jada Montoya, Athena Montoya, Julian, Aspen Sanchez, Ellie Garcia, Oliver and Adeline Mills.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Berardinelli Family Funeral Service (1399 Luisa St, Santa Fe, NM 87505). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (511 Alicia St, Santa Fe, NM 87501). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501). A reception will be held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 1320 Luisa St, Santa Fe, NM 87505.
