He was predeceased by: his parents, John Block Jr. and Lupita Block; his stepmother Eloisa Block; his girlfriend Edwina Chavez (Dina); and his siblings, Jimmy and Clarissa.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick (Yvette De La), Kimberly and Jaimie Ambrose (Ted); his grandchildren, Desmond Block, Hunter Ambrose and Brittany Ambrose; and his siblings, Jerome, Jacob, Jeffrey, Jay, Sophie, Jovanna, John and Angela. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
