He is survived by: his wife Mary Stein; his daughter Emily Post; his son-in-law Lincoln Post; his son Peter Stein; his daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Trundle and Niki Stein Ganz; his sister Sylvia Weinberg; and his grandchildren, Rowan, Anna, Haley, Vivian, Raymond and Jack.
