He is survived by: his wife Bella Sanchez; his children, Esther Sanchez (Gilbert Lucero), Ernie Sanchez (Toney Shea), Angela Sanchez (Jeana Baca), Diana Schultz, Joseph Sanchez (Margaret Sena), Raymond (Kimberly Sanchez), Angie (Darin Fitzgerald), Sara Martinez (Al Padilla) and Erica Esquibel (Duane Esquibel); and his brother Peter Sanchez (Stella Sanchez).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Berardinelli Family Funeral Service (1399 Luisa St, Santa Fe, NM 87505). A rosary was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Paz Catholic Church (11 College Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87508, USA). A burial will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).
