Helen Marie Wagner Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Marie Wagner (Santa Fe, New Mexico), born in Battle Creek, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Rodekohr and Helena Rodekohr. She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy, Margie, Artie and Annette; her husband Kenneth Wagner; her children, Scott (Donnette Wagner) of Santa Fe, NM, Kent Wagner of Garland, TX and Patti Lyon of Santa Fe, NM; her grandchildren, Gunnar Lyon of Santa Fe, NM and Kelly Lyon of Warren, ME.; and her siblings, Marcy Bartee of Norfolk, NE, John Rodekohr (Bud) of Battle Creek, NE and Joan Freudenburg of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the United Church of Santa Fe (1804 Arroyo Chamiso Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505).
Any memorial donations can be made, in Helen's name, to "Communities in Schools of New Mexico", "Santa Fe Symphony Chorus", or "Music Program at the United Church of Santa Fe".
